I want to give web users the ability to register
and submit content(in the form of text) for review to the administrator, and then the administrator can allow the content to be published.
I’m thinking about using WebLoginPE to allow users to register and that doesn’t seem to be a problem.
Next thing is the ability to submit content. Essentially it’s not all that different from commenting on posts.
I also thought about using dbapi to create a more custom solution but I’m thinking it’s a bit of an overkill.
Anyone have any pointers to offer?
You can use DocAPI, look in the repo for that. With that you can make unpublished docs and then after review it can be published.
I’m currently looking into Jot as-well.
Any advantage of using one over the other?
