No Gravators on this Forum?

How do people get their images to show on the left?
This forum does not seem to support gravatars?

you need to upload your own picture, no gravatars...

go to "Profile" -> "Forum Profile Information" -> upload your picture

right below "Personalized Picture" i see the option to "I will upload my own picture:"

I am using Firefox 3.52.
I tried Chrome and Safari, still no luck?

maybe this function has been disabled for new users as for security reasons?
