What CMS does this FAVICON belong to??? I'm stumped!

Not that I use any other CMS in the world other than MODX

I’m just curious to see which cms a competitor uses.....

His websites have the following favicon (see attachment)

I could have sworn I’ve seen that favicon before..

Any help?

i think it’s from PLESK’s Control Panel, not from a CMS
