Webhosting and confidentiality

Hi,

I’ve been recently making bad experience with a cheap web hosting concerning confidentiality.

Sometimes in the life of a website, problems can occur like mailbox problems, a.s.o.
When hosting the site of some company, you don’t want these problems to be displayed to the public.
For instance, you don’t want that your client making a search with his domain name finds out that his website problems are printed for everyone. Some people do not understand this and require that you post all your questions on a forum. They don’t accept private messages, even when you ask them for. This is really unprofessionnal.

I don’t consider the problem as being correlated with the website price, although one could potentially hope more confidentiality from an expensive hosting. I consider this "company-correlated" or even "people-correlated".

I have a free hosting that I’m very satisfied until now concerning confidentiality.
But I cannot open more than one free account at this webhost.

So, I’m looking for a new one. I read some positive advice about 000webhost.com.
I liked the fact that websites are opened in a few minutes with this webhost, but I don’t know how it behaves concerning confidentiality. Does someone have any experience with it ?

Other good or bad experiences ?

bluehost.com is a modx partner, they offer low cost hosting with unlimited sites: http://www.bluehost.com/track/modx/partnerspage

Bluehost also makes installing MODx dead simple (less than 5 seconds) via Simple Scripts. We’ve tested the heck out of them for a long time. Without advance notification or contact after 0963 was released, More are coming on board too but that’s for another day.

Ryan, do you know if there is a way to use SimpleScripts at Bluehost to upgrade an existing MODx site to 0.9.3 and whether it would work for a site not installed with SS?
