I’ve had this problem several times and it really gets on my nerves something chronic.
Sometimes when I’m using firefox for hours on end with multiple instances and tabs open, that my internet seems to stop working. Well the browsers do... I can’t connect to any sites and I can’t search anything. I can how ever connect to MSN still. I restart my router, clear my cache etc etc etc.................................. I restart my pc. I start up my browsers and none of the 4 I have will connect to google but will connect to yahoo. Some of my favs won’t connect but I can get on to the MODx site which is on my favs. Why on earth would this happen? It’s happened several times, I’ve just reformatted my pc the other day so it’s a fresh install. I’m using Vista of all bloody OS but I have to use M$ if I want to use a lot of the apps that I have.
When on the forums, the status bar keeps saying it’s trying to connect to google analytics but never completes.... do you get blocked from google for 30 connections from one IP? LOL GRRRRRRRRRRRRR

I’ve been getting much the same thing for several days now. I just presumed it was my ISP being crappy as usual. I can rarely get a page without refreshing two or three times; it will partially load then just hang and time out. It’s a real pain trying to post a comment; I have to refresh the page and try to Post again two or three times.

I have no idea what is going on with it but it’s strange some sites work and some don’t. It mainly seems to be search engine pages that don’t work... for some reason I can’t connect to yahoo is I type it in but using Opera I can connect using the built in yahoo search on that. Very odd!!!!!!!!
