Omnigraffle similar?

Besides M$ Visio, is there program similar to OmniGraffle 4 for pc?

For Mac software, try poking around here. Worth spending some time browsing through these from time to time; you find all sorts of interesting goodies.

Thank´s @sottwell, but i was hoping for one application that someone really use and give back some feedback related to it.

What is your exact need?
Vision and omnigraffle are used for many things...
if you give us more info, maybe we use something different to
achieve the results you are looking for...

When i build a site, i start by making a comp of it using omnigraffle. I want a similar but for w$.

For basic diagrams we use Diagram Designer by Meesoft... http://meesoft.logicnet.dk/
it is not extremely complicated but works fine.

Also try http://taubler.com/oversite/ this is a fantastic piece of software that we use do all our wireframing, mockups, sitemapping and is fantastic to do user tests cause you can actually link all the wireframes as if it was a finished website with little effort.
