I was wondering if it is good practice to provide direct links to download pdf files in feeds or is it a better idea to link to the web page which has a link to the document?
I don’t remember ever having run into this with the feeds I subscribe to. From experience I prefer to read feeds with the complete article and don’t like to have to go to the site to read the articles (unless I want to). So I guess that I would prefer to access the document directly, but not sure.
