survey tool

does anyone know a good online survey tool ?
i started to create a poll with easypoll but have seen that i need multiple levels.

i ask for semester and then for something else...
and it would be cool to have the answeres for every semester.

is thera any free tool or module for modx ?

not sure if you looking for MODx specificlly, but we use http://www.limesurvey.org
and like it. That’s more heavy weight survey with stats and stuff rather than poll and will be another php application to learn, so maybe you looking for something more simple

i tried lime for a short time and i wasn’t that happy. i heared many good things about it but...
somehow.. i will give it a second try.

i found http://www.formtools.org/ some minutes ago ... looks good too.
lets see whats easy enough for me.

I’ve worked with formtools some and really like it. Seems to have good on-going development as well.
