I´m just creating a website for a company which develops software for airports. Their product ist called "Airport Management-System". Imho the dash after Management isn´t necessary, I think "Airport Management System" is better. Can someone confirm?

There is a very fine distinction between the two. ’Airport Management-System’ means a management system that is used by the airport, for whatever. ’Airport Management System’ means a system that manages the airport. The first is more limited than the second. But, to be honest, the second is far more elegant, and very few people will notice any distinction in meaning between them. I say go for the second.
