Whats the best opensource knowledgebase tool?

I am looking for a simple knowledgebase system that I could use for myself and my coleque to collect all kinds of small fixes and scripts.
While working on sites I get a lot of those "mm I fixed this before" moments, now I like to put all the ideas and fixes etc in a knowledgebase for easy reference.
I know I could use modx but maybe there is a easy system special made as knowledgebase. A wiki is not realy an option.

Too bad... I’d really use MediaWiki for stuff like that. And in fact will be if I ever get around to collecting all my bits and pieces of code.

Or use MODx with [*content*] inside a pre-tag and use introtext and summery for your descriptions and such.

I have been meaning to test KnowledgeBasePublisher to set up a KB for my clients but never got around to test it... I doubt it will fit your needs here since you’re looking for a dev-oriented KB...

we use www.stuffedguys.com novafactory. For us it’s a combination of PM tool and knowledge base and file repository.
