Lighthouse aims to make your life easier through integration with the tools you use on a daily basis. We’re still polishing off our API, but we’re already using it for email and Subversion integration. With Lighthouse you can create and respond to tickets directly from your email client, or you can have Subversion notify your project when a commit is made.

Lighthouse is unique in that it allows you to open your projects up to the public. Whether you’re working on an Open Source project or running a public beta of your very own product, public projects allow you to collect valuable feedback from the people involved.
