3D Slideshow

I was wondering if anyone knew of an open-source, web based, 3D styled photo slideshow. Something that allows for either ’virtual navigation’ through rooms, or something like that.

Have a look at the XAML SDK from Microsoft.
Extensible Application Markup Language is something like generating "websites" by XML (including HTML,CSS and ECMA markup and more)

I tried XAML and coded some lines, it’s really easy and there is alreay an online video editor etc. and a 3D BookSlideshow.
But you may need Visual Studio and Internet Exploiter 7!
Microsoft likes the idea of closed source and is not willing to get with the standards..they want to be the standards (that badasses). I’m ’talkin ’bout OpenXAML. I guess there won’t be any "great success", because you need the .Net Framework 3.0 for it to work.

Other Browser are currently (and in future[maybe except Fx] I guess) not supported.

Looks Good, thanks for the info! However, it is a little complicated for what I was thinking (I’m not actually sure what I want, exactly)
And whatever I use needs to be compatible with most browsers, AND linux (I have Kubuntu on my laptop, my #1 working machine)!

Then you may be interested in Adobe PDF 3D or Adobe Flash.
Adobe developed a tool to create a booklike 3D flash site, I don’t remember the url.
