mootools now has a wiki too, so better documentation is starting to show up: http://wiki.mootools.net/

Yeah I know freewebfarms, thanks for the pointer.

And moo.fx is already past tense, MooTools is the way to go now (really amazing stuff in there, object oriented javascript, most "specialist" agree that MooTools is the best of both script.aculo.us and jQuery).

I’d even go as far as saying MODx should lean toward MooTools rather than script.aculo.us in the future tongue

The Manager Menu and Tree now use mootools and the Prototype Ajax Request.
