May I ask why you don’t use MODx anymore, and what CMS you’re currently using?

Drupal. Initially I liked ModX for table-free designs, but that’s possible with Drupal as well. Drupal also has an advantage due to the sheer size of the community. The plugins available for it are truly extensive.

Thanks for your reply. While Drupal may have more plugins etc, I found the administration area (much) less intuitive than MODx. But if you want a quick setup, Drupal might be the way to go. I personally prefer to have easy content management in the long run.

It’s all about personal preference Both CMS have their advantages...

I’m glad ModX works for you I would agree that Drupal does have a learning curve, and I myself was not that interested in it prior to v5.
