It could be a corrupted file in your install.
Just downloaded it again and tried again, still no joy?
That’s a tough one. I’ve never seen anything like that. Do you know what your memory_limit is set to?
Also, can you provide some more information about your platform (PHP, MySQL, Server, version numbers etc)? And which version of MODx?

Actually, it sounds like another MySQL strict sql_mode error has been introduced. Is this with 1.0.3 I assume?
