I am looking for a web designer I can work with on multiple clients. This seems like a good place to look- a lot of talented people over here. Items that are important to me:
1. Stability (meeting your deadlines)
2. Creativity
- To be able to make unique designs that stand out
- To make clean business/corporate designs that can standout (a good example is

3. Communication (either via email, IM, phone, or wiki). The main concern is being able to communicate in some way when needed.
You may be really good at only grunge sites or only business sites. That is fine. Or you may be really busy sometimes. If you’re the best, you’ll be my first option. If you can’t do that project, I’ll go to my second. I highly value integrity and biulding long-term working relationships. We can start small and go from there.
