Recently, I attended a meeting where the topic of current web standards came up. Unfortunately, the most important people involved in the meeting didn’t have a clue as to what web standards are and what kinds of benefits they can bring to a website. So...my request and question is:
What’s the best site for novices to learn more about web standards? Name one site you would send to a complete dummy to learn more about web standards.
A couple of sites I’ve found that are pretty close to the mark are these:
