Lookong for a administration program for wbspace profiders

I am looking for a opensource administration tool where I can keep track of the domains hosted on my server
I mist give me the experation date and what kind of packet the client has and the cost of it etc.
I like it to mail me or notice me in any other way when new bills need to be made for a client.

I search for it but its hard to find I think

the best option would be a webbased tool cause we need to acces the database from any place.

maybe some of you webhost know a better tool than excell?

If you’re not a hosting company / reseller, and don’t mind too much about the billing, invoicing, domain registration and account creation, then these afe good. Solid State being the better one though, phpcoin tends to be a bit difficult to work well. Also have a look @ webmin & virtuamin, also very popular among the OS + low budget hosting companies.

Else, if you have the cash, look @ Modernbill. Clientexec isn’t too bad, but Modernbill is more flexible

I am hosting 187 domains at the moment and using execell for administration hehe. so anything is better that excell I think there is not a lot of money yet to spent on software we had a look at hspcomplete but that is so difficult and expensive. we use plesk and hspcomplete schould work togetter with plesk but it did not do it good. so now I think I go for solid-state for now if there is no better OpenSource pack.

Who do you host with? Quite a few hosts offer Modernbill & clientexec as part of their reseller acccounts, meaning you don’t have to pay for it yourself

I have a dedicated server with dutchwebhosting they do not offer a programm like this
