Simple site management system

Hi all,

I’m after a very simple cms for simple sites that only have a few mostly static pages, I know it defeats the purpose of using a cms for static pages but I would like the clients to be able to update the content using just a browser. My requirements are simple:

1. just unzip and run (no database needed, just flat files to store content)
2. just 1 admin login will do
3. able to create/edit/delete pages, links to these pages get generated automatically in the template’s navigation area
4. similar simple templating system like modx’s

Does anyone know of anything suitable for this need of mine?
