XSL:FO

Is there anyone with any experience of XML -> PDF conversion using XSL:FO who can point me in the direction of a cheap, quick, and easy solution?

I have 1 week and no budget to do this .

I have looked at html2pdf, but this requires that the exec() function can be used and my current ISP won’t allow it.

I have modest experience with XSL stylesheets and translations, but not a clue regarding PDFs.

I believe XSL-FO needs FOP which requires Tomcat (an Apache JSP implementation).

Few years ago I generated PDF but I don’t remember any more with wich library I worked. I tested : http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdf-php and FPDF.
It seems to me that ultimately I used FPDF.

FPDF is something I have meant to add to the wishlist, it’s a must have feature... If you come up with a plugin, would be great !

I think of a plugin since one moment, but for lack of time… it is yet only one thought

I made a start on it using info from the links that the others mentioned, but had a problem with each of them.

It’s on the back burner for now.
