Just discovered this,
Rollyo offers "the ability to search the content of a list of specified websites, allowing you to narrow down the results to pages from websites that you already know and trust".
This service is beta, and is powered by Yahoo Search. Can be handy since SMF search engine is not the most efficient one... I found myself doing a site:modxcms.com/forums/ in Google a lot lately...

Yeah well, personnally I’ll use my FF extension, quicker, that’s the whole point of it...
We could also do something like this for Google :

I tried to do a search with "gallery" and no results of the maxigallery snippet, altough there is plenty of gallery words in the thread. Don’t know if it so good search engine after all?

Yea, sure if you use "maxigallery" straight away.. But if people is looking for just some gallery snippet, they probably won’t know their names in advance. From the second link that just uses "Gallery" as search key, can’t find a link to the gallery thread. Just to the forum rss feed, index and "modules, plugins, snippets" subforum.
But searching with
google, it’s right at the top of the results as one would expect. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying that more alternatives to the searching of the site/forums would be a bad thing, I’m just saying that Rollyo/Yahoo! does a bad job at it
