Well, a "tome" is a large book, or it could mean "to me".

I read it as ’click to me’ when I first seen it - but now, it’s like one of those optical illusions and sometimes I see ’click tome’

I think if I owned this domain I would not let it go. Just because its pretty hard to get simple semantic and easily understood (audible) domains. clicktome.com is what it sounds like when you say it. And that has value in marketing. It’s value for a site will vary depending on what sort/kind of site is sold/made into.

Just an opinion.
