Quick Edit in the Forum

Is the quick edit button (allowing to modify a message in SMF) is an option of the forum or is a mod ?
I don’t find any parameters in my administration page or any mod on the SMF web site to have this quick edit button .

It’s a default part of 1.1RC2. We just made a nice button graphic to replace what seemed to me to be an unintutitive icon (checkmark looking thing if I recall...).

I wrote this part of SMF (j/k)

It is indeed skinned button, nothing more, you can find original icon in {{SMF}}\Themes\default\images\icons\modify_inline.gif
