How not to use CSS

I was working on redisgning a site and came across a great example of how not to use CSS. Take a look at the source of the page below and scroll down to take a look at the markup for the table.

Wowww... That’s one hell of a code there. While I’m trying to minimize the amount of javascript to be use on my application, that guys are adding up more unnecessary code to accumulate the code into a whole bunch of garbage. Hemmm... Well people are designed to be uniqued.

And it looks crummy on my FF 1.07/Mac. Lines are superimposed over each other. (but then they do that in the File Manager, too...)
