These are different issues from the original post which I was referring too. However I have some of the problems you mention

It would seem that way, but I wonder if its a cache issue, why does it appear so random? If it was a browser issue I would expect more consistency than that, although I can appreciate it works in other browsers.
Only other things is the handling of the CSS, it seems to be inside so may wrappers and divs its hard to know whats going on. It may be inheriting something from the resizing div or something?
