Flash tutorial with Captivate or ?

I want to make some Flash tutorials/demos.

I known Macromedia Captivate but it’s too expensive.

Do you known another software (please not Wink)

I personally use Techsmith Camtasia Studio. It’s a little pricey, but the functionality is awesome.
