I once worked with a woman from the Islands who besides having three degrees was also a witch doctor. She always made me her curried goat for my office birthday party. One of the Jamaican women would make her salt-fish fritters. I never much cared for sweets. So I have some authentic Russian potato salad for you, ripped right off of some fancy Russian restaurant’s website!
