Does anyone knows where I can get a freeware or opensource budgeting software? It can be either web-based or desktop-based.

It looks great but it does not appears to be a one click install. It also appears to be a linux/unix-based app.

Yes, it’s a Gnome application.

It could have been possible you were running Gnome ....

There is a web-based app on sourceforge (or was it freshmeat?). I’ll see if I can find it again.
