iBrowser V 1.31 released!

Today I released a new version of iBrowser - some minor bug fixes with the image caption function.

in the page is iManager whith much more options (and weight)

iManager has also been updated to V 1.2.1 this weekend - same fixes as iBrowser (caption function).

I’ve integrated it into modx and it is working with tinymce and fckeditor

iManager is not "free". It is free only for non-commercial use. iBrowser does not say that it has that restriction on its "freedom".

iBrowser doesn’t have any restrictions, that’s correct.

Actually, LGPL is less strict than GPL (hence the name "lesser"). If i’m not wrong, LGPL’ed software can be used for commercial purpose...

Haven’t really decided yet on the license - I might need to change it some day.

Then, you should be careful!
If anybody downloads the current version of iManager, he can use it with the current license (LGPL), and do (almost) whatever he likes with your software

I missed the LGPL part, and just keyed in on the "non-commercial", which I avoid.

You are correct, something licensed under the LGPL can be linked to without requiring the code that’s linking to it to be released under the GPL/LGPL, so it can even be used with proprietary commercial programs; it’s usually used for libraries or other external packages that won’t be actually incorporated into the code. It’s still free-as-in-speech, though, anyone can use it, hack it and distribute it as they please (while staying within the requirements of the GPL/LGPL).
