Is Modx 100% sure for production environment ?

Hi,
I am a web designer and more and more client need to be able to modify content of their website without having to ask me all the time. I came across this solution and wanted to know if it is absolutly safe to use in a professional environement ? Any experiences feedbacks are welcome ! Many thanks
