Is it possible to "freeform" position a picture (or pictures) when creating new pages with TinyMCE or FCKEditor or are we restricted to left, right, center etc?

It uses HTML and CSS anything that can be done using those can be done MODX in either RTE. So no tables is not the only way and deffinatly not the best way.
Use of css float:left or right or even dare i say css absolute positioning is the best way.
This is for my end user who just wants to add some pictures to his content and position them "just so"...

Sorry, HTML/CSS is not a desktop publishing system. There are a few limitations; this is the result of how browsers are designed.
