Our project resources, especially the documentation and bug tracker, have been unstable lately. We sincerely apologize for what is a frustrating experience for all involved.

Please know we are working hard to make the MODx websites and supporting project infrastructure more stable and reliable. We’re testing new platforms to which to migrate that will better serve the community so people can get the add-ons, help, and information they need, when they need it. We know this has been an increasing problem and we want to make sure you know we are taking steps to make it right. If only we had the bandwidth to build our own native-MODx solutions ... wink

This month we should be make changes that will affect the way you login, the tools you use and the accounts you have with MODx. Our aim is to get to a single account for all MODx site areas—and yes that means the forums too—but we will be decoupling some of our tools from our Single Sign On in the interim in order to ensure our critical systems stay up for you.

If your account will be affected by these changes we will let you know in advance by updating this post so you can take any steps to plan and adjust your expectations. In the end the benefits our new infrastructure will bring will allow the MODx project to offer things that we simply could not have done feasibly before.

We appreciate your patience, and look forward to a future filled with smooth logins and solid availability.
