HTTP 500 Internal Error, only in Internet Explorer, please help!

I have just launched a site, http://www.jamesehnes.com

In all browsers except Internet Explorer, the site functions properly, but in IE the pages flash up briefly then return an ’HTTP 500 Internal Error’

I have been messing with the .htaccess file for days to no avail. Has anyone encountered this issue?

You might want to do something about all those validation errors to begin with.

Thanks Susan, good point. And of course, http://validator.w3.org/ is incredibly slow this morning.
I’m going through and fixing the errors now...

Still, the site was functioning well in all browsers prior to a domain name re-assignment, so I’m trying to get back to that point

Found the problem...

A missing ’iepngfix.htc’ file at the root level of my directory
