Just tried to open Evo documents at http://svn.modxcms.com/docs/display/Evo1/Home

    and repeatedly got this:

    Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /docs/display/Evo1/Home.

Reason: Error reading from remote server

    Is anybody else seeing this?

      A related request.

Could you make all of the documentation available for download? Right now i’m stuck as the only MODx reference is not available.

      Thanks.

The documentation server is back up but all of the embedded images show up as"
"Unable to render embedded object: File (bind_1.gif) not found."

This is unrelated to the server downtime and a known issue. We need volunteers to update documentation with new screenshots and images, as well as updated content (most of that Evo documentation was created around the time of 0.9.5 releases). We welcome contributions from anyone interested in helping make MODx better.

Does one need to send in a CLA to help with the documentation? I would be willing to help update the images and screenshots and the documentation.

Yes, technically all intellectual property that is directly distributed with MODx needs CLA-backing; and we’d like to at least have our doc’ers to have signed a CLA (since that line can blur with inline-help in the mgr and other things.)

Luckily, it’s a 5-min process to sign one, and we hope to make that even faster soon.
