Get document ID by Title

Sorry if this has been answered and if so simply point the way, but I’m looking for a way to get the document id of a document by it’s title. I would think this would be simple but still working out have modx works. Essentially I’m looking to use it so I can have my Wayfinder use the ID returned to generate a menu instead of having to hard code the &startId to be a specific ID. Maybe there is a way in Wayfinder but in "The Almost Complete Guide..." I did not see a way.

I think that you are looking for UltimateParent. Here is an example that shows a submenu if the page has children pages

[!Wayfinder? &startId=`[[UltimateParent? &topLevel=`2`]]` &level=`1` &outerTpl=`VerticalMenu-en`!] 
```
