I am using modX 1.0.1 evolution and I am having trouble with multiple admins for the manager section.
Scenerio:
Admin 1 creates a normal web page document A. It shows up in the document tree and is editable. Later, Admin 2 logs in to manager and edits document A, and saves. Document A now shows up in the document tree with a broken image icon next to it, and when attempting to edit this document further, there is no rich text editor or any way to edit the page again. It is still published and accessible.
I did some sleuthing and checked the content records in the database. What I noticed had happened is that the ’type’ and ’contentType’ fields in the db record had missing values, where ’type’ should have a value of ’document’ and ’contentType’ should have a value of ’text/html’, they had both become blank. When I manually edited these fields in the db in phpmyadmin, and put the original values back in... wuallllla! The page was editable again.
My problem.... how did this happen... and it happens every time Admin 2 tries to edit Admin 1’s documents.
Any insight or help on this issue would be greatly appreciated!
