I am using tvTagCloud to display a list of keyword, and I would like to clean up the URLs. Below is the default and targeted format, as well as a copy of the htaccess file. I absolutely dread htaccess, if someone could look this over, that would be great.
Default
http://domain/folder/keywords?tags=keyword
Goal
http://domain/folder/keywords/keyword.html
RewriteRule ^folder/keywords/([^/]*)\.html$ /folder/keywords?tags=$1 [L]
RewriteCond %{THE_REQUEST} ^[A-Z]{3,9}\ /folder/keywords?tags=(.+)
RewriteRule ^folder/keywords\$ /folder/keywords?tags=$1 [R=301,L]
The above returns the desired outcome, however it redirects back to the home page. If I enter the above query string it will go to the desired page but in the default format.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
