    To all,

We have discovered a bug related to our Atlassian Crowd SSO system that has caused anyone who signed up from the modxcms.com website for our JIRA system (via the registration form on the download page) that will prevent you from logging in.

This will affect all signups from May 27th, 2009 to September 25th, 2009.

Please fix the problem by resetting your password via the following URL:

    http://svn.modxcms.com/jira/secure/ForgotPassword!default.jspa

The system will send you a new, working password. We profusely apologize for any inconvienence this might cause.

Note, this does not affect those of you who signed up straight from JIRA, or bugs.modxcms.com. You will be unaffected by this. This is also not your forums password - just the JIRA bugtracker, Crucible, modxcms.com website, et al.

(And we recommend that people read SOAP authentication API docs with a fine-toothed comb, you never know that a specific variable buried deep in the API docs might need to be set, otherwise everything will fail. #lamesauce)
