If the snippet tag is actually on the page (rather then in a chunk or part of an eForm), it’s likely that you misspelled the name of the snippet when you created it (the name is case-sensitive).
Thx for the reply u 2.. I tried what you suggested cipa but I didnt understand how to get it to work.. i got it to work though since at the bottom of that page it said i would have to use "[[ ]]".. i also had to remove the [*pagetitle*] from the chunk and place it on the actual page so thanks to both of you!
