Quick question:
Don’t ask why - funny clients...
Any pitfalls or no no’s about this scenario:
www.domain.com - One Modx Install
www.domain.com/subfolder/ - Another Modx Install
and repeat a few times...all using separate databases... clean installs with no interaction needed between each install apart from generic hrefs on each site that link to each one...
Or best off with sub domains to keep it ultra clean...??

There shouldn’t be any problems. Just pay attention to the RewriteBase line in each installation’s main .htaccess file.
