Any ideas as to when the first meeting might be?

Not 100% yet on date. Thinking maybe the 19th of April and plan ongoing maybe 3rd tuesday every other month?

I’ve set that date aside. I’ve set up a group on Eventbrite.com, which is a meetup.com type site that you don’t pay for until you charge for tickets. Do you want to use something like that?

I should be in town for most of May, so I might make a May meetup.

I setup a eventbrite for the meetup since there is limited space available. You can signup/register here: http://tcaprilmodx.eventbrite.com. Please register so we know how many to expect.

I think primary point of the meetup this week would be to meet each other and discuss possible topics to build future meetups around (unless someone has something they are ready with to present to the group). We’re working on securing a projector for future use, but likely won’t have one available for this meetup unless someone in the group can provide one.

We’ll be meeting in our conference room in the building. The building does lock at 7pm so if you are going to be late, let me know in advance so we can arrange so you can get in. There is plenty of free parking, but make sure you park in the open lot. We have a pdf available with directions to the building, parking, and conference room: http://www.tebd.net/crmap.pdf.

May user group meetup is scheduled for May 24th at 6:30. Registration page is up here: http://maytcmodx.eventbrite.com/. Topics are still being determined but it is sure to be a good time!

I might just fly in for it guys and we could do an official MODX book signing if Bob decides to show up.

Here is the tentative agenda unless someone else thinks we should change it:
6:30-6:45 - Introductions/Get to know each other
6:45-7:45 - How to create a base install of Modx Evolution
7:45-8:15 - Design/Dev Reviews (Will need sites to show/discuss, so
bring ones you want. We will have projector/computer with internet).
8:15-8:30 - Discuss what to cover next month
8:30 - Adjourn
