Firstly, apologies for using what will probably be incorrect terminology and my staggering vast lack of knowledge. I’m trying to make some amendments to our companies website- our web designer having parted company with us for reasons far too complicated to get into! I am not a designer, developer or programmer and have been trying to teach myself as I go again, with varying degrees of success.
Basically the problem I have is that we have an option on the site of allowing people to upload files which can then be searched for and downloaded. This is the link to the page where the files can be searched for a downloaded.
http://www.goingandcoming.co.uk/index.php?id=1456 The problem I’ve got is that the search doesn’t seem to be able to find the files. I’ve located where they’re stored when they are uploaded and I’ve found the relevant chunks and snippets - though whether they’re setup right is beyond my comprehension.
Does anyone have any idea what the solution could be? Again, I apologise for the relative vagueness of the question, but I honestly don’t have a clue!
