WebLoginPE syntax question

I changed the statement below from [!weblogin!] to [!WebLoginPE!] after installing and creating snippit called WebLoginPE

I believe I missed something in the code because the ? &tpl=`FormLogin` &loginhomeid=`1`]]
shows up on the webpage sidebar, under the form buttons. look at page,

Can someone explain where I went wrong? (EVO)

moved it off of the sidebar and placed it at http://desertmessenger.myphotos.cc/modx/index.php?id=5
more room for when the person wants to register.
