More thought,
You created a Doodles and a Doodle names.
As I slipped several times previously of typos, for a glance, those names looks similar to me, and I caught them as a single class.
After some failures, then I started to read the storefinder and its sfStore.
Then I realized that you’re actually using different names.
For new comer developers, especially with non-english lang origin, this thing could trap them occasionally.
I don’t think you like to answer similar questions that related to this, don’t you?
How about changing ’Doodle’ as ’Tootle’ of an even more distinct name?

As I understand it "Doodles" is the config class that holds stuff like paths to the app’s resources.

"Doodle" is the actual model object.

For my apps I use now "Model" and "ModelConfig", so for "Doodles" that would be "Doodle" and "DoodleConfig".

Are you also having modelconfig.class.php?

Yes. That was just the example.

Following the Doodles example one would have Doodle.class.php and DoodleConfig.class.php.

Or, lets say you would have an app that tracks Movies, you would endup with Movie.class.php and MovieConfig.class.php.

You’re free to name it anything you like. I found myself making typos all the time when I was working on the Doodles example so for my own project I tried to avoid that by adding "Config" to the class name. Which I think makes sense as it is a config kind of object.

Then we have the same path.

I just rebuilt the Doodles CMP from the rtfm site. For me it seems that the Base Controller Method getLanguageTopics() doesn't load the proper language. My manager_language is set to "de" but the lexicon is loaded from "en".
Any ideas?
