Is there a tutorial out there that will show best practices on how to get MODx on a Windows server from start to finish? Searching comes up with a lot of forum posts but nothing concrete.

I’d just download the package and install it.
I’ve only installed MODx on Windows servers two times before (both times Evolution), but both times I had no problems, except for the friendly URLs as it would not take my .htaccess.
When you run into specifics, there may be something we can help with.
