Revolution Beginner's Guide / Converting Site

Hello!
I have successfully installed ModX Revolution and want to get started converting an existing static site that I have.

I need a good tutorial, that explains making templates and inserting the ModX stuff, like this one:

but for the Revolution version.

I like to learn by doing, so just want to jump into it, and the guide I linked to looks great, but I think it is for the older version?
