The First in the “Creating a MODx website” video series.

The video series will show you how to build a flexible, manageable and findable website with the MODx Content Management System.

In this video I will show you how to:

- Download and install MODx CMS on your webserver and create two pages.
- Start with our custom MODx template, with a page title, content and basic navigation.
- Setup dynamic inclusion of the MODx template.
- Setup critical SEO features (Friendly URL’s, dynamic page-, websitetitle & description)

Thanks for taking the time to make this tutorial. Always good to watch and listen to others working with MODx.

Just one suggestion. It would be a thousand times more valuable if you had done this in Revolution. You know that, don’t you. You are already skilled at Evo, but newbies are not really going to be using that (surely?), so less interest will be shown in your work. So take a deep breath, get Revolution loaded, and work with that. Hey, even I am thinking of doing some Revo tutorials later when I get more skilled.

I agree, was thinking about it but am having some problems with Revo install on my domain...
Will create a new one I think soon...
