Installing a template in modx 2.0? Little help please :)

Hi guys,

I’ve started to play with MODx to see what it can do and I’m having trouble installing a new template.

I’ve uploaded a template to manager/assets/keep-it-simple, and I’ve tried to figure out and follow the wiki instructions but I can’t figure out how to select that template.

Can anyone help? Sorry tried the wiki and websites but they keep referencing buttons or links I can’t find in the 2.0 interface.

You need to have the main HTML of the template in the Manager; this would be in Elements -> Templates (right-click on Templates to add a new template). Copy/paste your HTML into the new template, then it will be available for selections. The directory manager/assets/keep-it-simple would have the .css files and images used in the template.
