Duplicate API documentation for Revo?

Hi all,
I think that one of the biggest problems with ModX is its documentation. It is too fragmented and spread all over the site (wiki, forums, confluence, rtfm.*, etc.).

One of the biggest things is that it seems that the API documentation can be found both here: http://api.modxcms.com/ and here: http://rtfm.modx.com/display/revolution20/Class+Reference

Why? Which one should be considered obsolete and which one the final version?

I think that rtfm is the latest... and all the docs are going
to be there in the future...
