Force a subpage to use a page template

I want to force a page, if it is under a particular (i.e. id) page, for use, as default , a template page.
For example

-page A
|-----page B
-page C
|-----page D

if i create a page into the page C i want this page use a template named xxxxx and, also , only this template.
It is possible?
